Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hyr governing your access to and use of Hyr’s website and services.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not access the service.

Description of Services

Hyr provides an AI-powered talent management platform that connects job seekers with employers and supports a range of recruitment workflows.

Job posting and application management.
Candidate screening and matching.
Resume or CV creation and management.
Interview scheduling and coordination.
Recruitment analytics and reporting.

User Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination

Hyr may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service without prior notice if you breach these terms or if suspension is otherwise necessary to protect the platform, users, or business operations.

User Content

Hyr may allow you to submit, upload, store, or share information, text, graphics, video, or other content. You remain responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your content.

By submitting content to the service, you grant Hyr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that content as needed to operate and provide the service. This license ends when your content is removed from the service, subject to lawful retention requirements.

False, misleading, or deceptive content.
Defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive material.
Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.
Material that violates third-party rights, including intellectual-property rights.
Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
Content that impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality, excluding content provided by users, remain the exclusive property of Hyr and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Subject to these terms, Hyr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for personal use or internal business purposes.

Payment Terms

Access to some features may require payment. You agree to pay any fees associated with your account or subscription. Unless otherwise stated in a refund policy or mandatory law, fees are non-refundable.

Third-party payment processors may be used to handle billing, and their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

If Hyr changes pricing for a subscription service, notice will be provided on the website or by email at least 30 days before the new pricing takes effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyr and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

Access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.
Conduct or content of any third party on the service.
Content obtained from the service.
Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Hyr may modify or replace these terms at its sole discretion. If a change is material, Hyr will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the updated terms take effect. What qualifies as a material change is determined by Hyr in its sole discretion.
